Hello all seniors,

I am Sampada Gajinkar. I completed MBA(HR)from ICFAI University this MAY. Have a total work experience of 5 years in BPO industry(Backoffice). My present job profile includes processing paychecks of US employees and related US payroll stuff. I am looking for a job change as the current backoffice profile is not adding any value if I want to make a career in HR. I am interested in Employee relations . Request you to provide answers to following questions.

1) How do I start as a MBA (HR)fresher looking for a career in Employee Relations. What kind of work experience would prove to be useful for me?
2) Will my current US payroll backoffice experience count?
3) Do we have any courses for Employee relations that would prove to be an added advantage?
4) What is the scope for employee relations considering the current market scenario?

Please let me know if I have missed any important points that are vital and which you think I should know if I have to make a career in Employee relations.

Seniors, please reply

Thanks
