1. Notice of Accident/ Dangerous Occurence within 4 hours of Occurence to Inspector/ Director of Factories and for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
2. Report of Accident within 12 hours of Occurence to Inspector/ Director of Factories and for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
3. Half Yearly Return by 15th July of every Year to Concerned Director/ Inspector for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
4. Application for Renewal of Licence by 30th Oct to Concerned Director/ Inspector for COncerned FORM Please refer to State Rules
