Dear Yashswa and Sikha...
Firstly, thanks Harvinder for the detail information on Employee Handbook.
Yashswa, Standing Orders...gives you guidelines, format and outline to create "Employee Handbook". However, employee handbook is more detailed and vast document. It also consists of all types of forms, processes and procedures to be followed in organization.
Standing Order talks about "minimum information" that you need to share. "Employee Handbook" is in detail.
Though, the format of most "Employee Handbooks" remains same...but the content can be different based on the Philosphy of the Company and Industryt in which they are operating.
I hope, this will help.
