Hi
Show cause notice can be issued on the basis of the written complaint. it is nothing but providing an opportunity to employee to submit his say on the complaint. if he accepts allegations, any minor punishment can be imposed as per the service regulations. If he denies, investigation can be done and thereafter chargesheet with definite charge can be issued. The report should come from the Committee appointed under Sexual Harassament.

Hi,
I had a meeting with MD & the director but they both trapped me in some other job conversation but didn't talk about the misbehaved incidents which happened many times with me. Other staff employees are with me and saying me to go for complaint because he does the same with others employees as well. He abused another girl on 18th Nov-14. She is also with me and wants an action from management. Now we both want an action against this director.
They will not take an action against him as he is the nephew of the owner himself.
Please suggest.
