Dear all,
I am working Sr. Executive Hr in a manufacturing unit, we prepare inhouse training plan in my company, but one of my senior employee is refusing to give training other employee, he is saying I will never give training to other employee, if Hr want he can terminate me, but I will never give resignation.
that employee have great mental block to take HR dept.because before some days his long leave without reason had not sanction with respect of workload of production unit.
So Plz guide me what I do with this employee.

Hi Shekar, Counsel him. If he is doin the same, terminate him abiding leagal formalities. People are thr who are ready to work for 18hrs a day........giv to the person who really in need.....

Imparting training is not mandatory. If the person has stage fear or communication ineffectiveness, he may opt out of training requirements. Pls check the real reason as to why he is not cooperating with HR and take appropriate action if you are convinced that he is wantonly or deliberately not participating in the development process.
