Dear seniors nd friends greetings to all firstly i wanna to give brief introduction :: i have done marketing regular from pune..nd having 2 years of wrk ex in mktg. as i got married last year i left the job... now i m in goa nd worked around 6 months in a recruitment consultancy nd presently i m wrking as ass. officer hr in a manufacturing company in goa itself nd the profile i m handling here is core hr..like manpower planning pf gratuity esicompensation and benefits performance appraisal....etc.. now i m planning to do sm course in hr as i m into dis field. i hav thought of frm symbiosis distance learning..i hav bought prospectus also....but i m vry confused .. my queries are : 1 should i do bcauz i hav done already?? 2 should i do sm other short term courses 3 if yes dan pls suggest me sm courses 4 is hr degree or diploma really matters so much in 5 i dont want to spend much amount in ne course bcauz i hav already spent 4 lacs in my please giv me ur valuable suggestions ..it will help me out to cm out of dillema.. thanks in advance iregards /i ineha roy /i

there were two nuns... one of them was known as sister mathematical sm and the other one was known as sister logical sl. it is getting dark and they are still far away from the convent. sm: have you noticed that a man has been following us for the past thirtyeight and a half minutes? i wonder what he wants. sl: it s logical. he wants to rape us. sm: oh no at this rate he will reach us in 15 minutes at the most what can we do? sl: the only logical thing to do of course is to walk faster. sm: it s not working. sl: of course it s not working. the man did the only logical thing. he started to walk faster too. sm: so what shall we do? at this rate he will reach us in one minute. sl: the only logical thing we can do is split. you go that way and i ll go this way. he cannot follow us both. so the man decided to follow sister logical. sister mathematical arrives at the convent and is worried about what has happened to sister logical. then sister logical arrives. sm: sister logical thank god you are here tell me what happened sl: the only logical thing happened. the man couldn t follow us both so he followed me sm: yes yes but what happened then? sl: the only logical thing happened. i started to run as fast as i could and he started to run as fast as he could. sm: and? sl: the only logical thing happened. he reached me. sm: oh dear what did you do? sl: the only logical thing to do. i lifted my dress up. sm: oh sister what did the man do? sl: the only logical thing to do. he pulled down his pants. sm: oh no what happened then? sl: isn t it logical sister? a nun with her dress up can run faster than man with his pants down. :oops: :oops: :oops:

Dear all its been writtien in policy manual newspaper ads by the employer or companies but in reality the picture is totally different. if a person comes for an interview employers ask references thats very obvious . secondly for hr positions at all levels dont make mba hr mandatory people from equivalent can also prove their worth . its not a teaching profession where b. ed or bachelor of education is mandatory. people should come with open ideas to prove themselves. sorry to say but sometimes senior people dont know about the difference between hr and pm and ask for mba hr professionals and take interview of hr professionals. hr is vast field if people come from different background in hr they can add value to the organisation . selection procedure should not be biased. pls give more suggestions. thanks gauri
