I have 8 years more to study(correspondence) to prepare myself for private sector. Whether I should go for LLB (academic) or MBA through distance education.. or something else. Dear jatinder,
It's great that you are having zeal to learn and while working you had manage to earn sound degree under your belt. As you want to go in HR field than i will suggest you should go for MBA and after that you can do LLB (Correspondence LLB are not available) or go for further specialization in HR.
But from 8 years from now i think MBA will loose it's shine and only MBA degree will not be much use for you. (Age will be not in your favor) So i will suggest while pursuing MBA start righting articles and try to publish them. It will make lot of difference.

@ jatinder kumar PGDPM degree is different from the distance MBA and i would like to recommend you to do MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. I have also done my MBA from Sikkim Manipal University distance program, SMUDE uses the latest edunxt technology to create a virtual classroom where you can interact with the faculty and students and thereby also network with other students, which is a unique and one of its kind feature amongst other colleges offering distance education. For the prospectus and speaking to their counsellor you can register for free MBA Distance Learning | MBA Distance Education | MBA Part Time | MBA Correspondence |
