Everything is ILLEGAL as per labour laws.
If such exploitation exists with educated nurses, can you imagine the exploitation of uneducated rural or migrant workers ???
as far as labour reforms go, we are still in the Middle Ages.

I think nurse is workmen and eligible for relief in Industrial dispute act 1947.She may serve notice u/s 2(A) for demand of salary/reinstatement/wrongful termination.. Regards Anoop
