For example;
Gross salary = 6,00,000 p.a
Salary Cycle = 20th - 20th every month
Notice period = 1 month
Notice period served = 25 days
Resigned on = 18th of Sep.
Relieving date = 16th of Oct.

Hi, First Checked Last Day Worked and Salary Paid and from then onwards do the Final Settlement.
hi Anthony, 6,00,000p.a = 50,000 pm So he gets 50,000pm. He has been given 1 month notice period and he worked 25 days. (notice period served)

2. attents if stating every month 21st sep 09 to ending day evrey month 20th oct 09, if count of between days
if exm: 30 days
he served in 25 days - 30 days = 5 days in (total recevery in 5days )

The calculation would be
Total notice days served - 25
Balance notice days - 30-25=5days
Notice Pay Recovery =basic/30*5
Your salary cycle is 21st to 20th, there are two cases:
1. The cycle is only for tracking attendance, salary is paid for full month, then the calculation would be:
FNF payout= 16*monthly salary-(Notice pay recovery)-PF
2. if u pay salary untill 20th of month then the calculation would be
FNF payout= 26*monthly salary-(Notice pay recovery)-PF
