Dear Seniors,
I started my career with a recruitment firm, where i was for 6month probation period. After that, i was confirmed there as Confirmed employee.
Now After spending 1yr in my last company, i joined as a HR Executive in a software company and they too are appointing me on a 6month probation period.
Do Experienced persons are also given Probation period or this is only for candidates at the starting of their career ???

Dear Shipra Its depend upon the HR policy most of the company is following probation period for all new joiners. but the duration of the probation period is differ from company to company...
The UAE labor law provides that any new hire can be placed on probation for now longer than 6 months.
