why don’t you plan for a project on automation on training administration ( TNA, Courses, Training Calendar, selection, feedback, reports etc)

just check whether training is given or no. choose topics for training such as communication, motivation, personality development based on conducting a survey and asking them in which all areas they need training. show some video clips such as for motivation check fo chak de or lagaan etc. then conduct feedback and know various changes to be included in training. submit this report.
