if your form is registered apprentice office bombay so u cant deduct pf & Esic , and your form is not registered above offiece so u have to deduct pf & esic praveen singh

Hello, I am undersign employee of the Tiger still Engg (I) pvt ltd. in NAvi-Mumbai, as a design engineer post. I joined here 21st august of 2008, but till i am not recieve any PF no. from company side. Pf contribution from my CTC are reguraly deducted by them. When I ask them for PF no. they told me its required one year time to get it. Is it correct? please help me regarding this what's going wrong here. Manoj N.
