Hi Priya,
Good Job !! But you could have made even better ppt by adding Public Utility Services (First Schedule) in The Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 which is very important area in this Act. In Employee State Insurance Act, 1948 the applicability of the Act for employees is Rs. 10000/- per month (Gross Salary).
For Labour Laws please refer Books of H.L.Kumar and P.L.Mullick.

hi, every body can you explain the what is the integrety, if two employees hade MBA in 2001 , one geting the salary Rs. 50,000/- and one geting Rs. 30,000/-. this is right or wrong?
