You know I'm trying my best to look for the profile of Insurance Trainer,

And I've got 4 years of experience of sales,

Along with MBA,Licentiate of Insurance Institute of India,Derivative of BSE,

and also pursuing T & D Diploma From ISTD.

All these academics and experience but I couldn't get my dream profile.

Shashi ,all these details I'm giving to you because People like you are so

lucky to work for these profile and you do have to ask for presentation for

Insurance training.

Dost don't mind but I God have been with you when you got this job.

But Insurance is not just a subject of training ,it includes lot of basics,

So please don't take Insurance as grat, because there are guys like who

are capable and efficient, trying their best to get into profile like you

might have got very easily.

Shashi ,truely speaking I'm not against you, but when I see case like you,

I feel disheartened.

My advice is that read the two important books of licentiate ,they are not

very heavy, and you'll be able to make your ppt which will be the best of

your ppt.

I don't know in which city you are,go through the cite of Insurance

Institute of India, and get the address of the office, buy the books ,it'll

cost Rs 75 per book.

And at the last ,Please to accept my apoligies ,if any of my word have

hurt you.

Regards,

Sandeep Singh

Hi Shashi,

I probably could have helped you however the training ppt's that I have created are copywritten as they are specific to the Clients that i deal with and cannot be shared due to Compliance voilation, however i surely can assist you with a few tips that I learnt in my 10 years of working for various Insurance Clients in BPO's. You can work on when creating a ppt.....and trut me it is better to create a own tailor made Insurance ppt since Insurance is a very very Vast Subject here you are dealing with not only product, but with individuals and every individual has own perception.

A few points to be noted here are:

1) Since the cubject INSURANCE, is very dry in its entity, people tend to feel bored with mere thought of this subject, so what you need to do is pick up some real life examples nad create a story and reveolve the principles of Insurance against that Real life case study...for example....in salaes, you can start with Utmost Good Faith of selling the right product to the customer, Indemnity, contribution, subrogation etc.

2) Pick up the difficult situations from your live audiance what they have faced and then incorporate Sales techniques into the presentation...like when dealing with custome, dont directly dive into the product, understand and listen to the customer......picking the right nerve of the customer and then tailormaking the product according to his or her needs (Ice Berg Model) can help you understand this better, which shows that customer is like an iceberg..what u see is just the tip....but what reallu he wants is actually hidden, and what we need is expose that hidden part and then evaluate our product.

3) depends on what product (Life, Health or Property),you are creating the training for...have some really nice visuals and create a storyboard...its very simple...just pick up for example a life insurance, its importance in an individuals life nad have some nice visulas ..attach them to a story and create a presentation wheere you dont have to speak...let people realize the importance and then have a discussion and prove your actual points related to basics of Insurance like what it is why it is important what are diffrent categories and who all need it and how it helps in situation arising out of Risk....explaining the types of risk and also the contract and agreement part, with the jargons used in Insurance Industry like policy, beneficiary, death benefit, premium etc.

4) Create a assessment based on every section of your presentation and try to create assessment by asking questions related to scenarios..so that they can relate it better than just asking straightforward questions.

I am trying to search for a presentaion that I can send you across, meanwhile hope this information helps
