Hello to all,
I have just join today.I just want to know in a company do we have job description for each person in dept,for e.g if i am in HR dept.do i require to have seperate job description for all the person in HR dept.
2nd question,
when a new employee joins an organisation how to conduct induction programme.I have just prepared one CD containg information of organisation,vision,mission,etc,leave policy every thing.I just want to know can some form are require to fill,i want a very standard procedure.
I hope i will be getting answers to this question.
Kindly suggest,waiting for reply.

Ans to question 1 -- Job description is a must for all the persons in the HR department Example: If a HR department is having a team of 10 leaded by one HR manager (Is the job description of the manager same as of executive??) also, job description of remaining 9 executives should be splitted for better clarity, inorder to avoid confusion.
Ans to question 2 -- Perfect.... same to be done with the inclusion of growth opportunities in your company. During induction I don't think so any form is required instead we can use induction evaluation form. a sample format is attached for your understanding.

Thank You !In the induction review form number one question says

1. Have all of the time tabled sessions taken place? If “No” please explain why not.

Does this means we need to have time table schedule for the new person.

just clarify this.

And regarding Job description,i need to know if i enter a new organisation so how i will know my job and my responsibilities.as the company i am working i have seen employees donot know their responsibilities and roles,so what can be done.just reply.
