My Company Mobile Phone Usage Policy is as given below:
5.2. Communications – Official Telephone & Mobile.
a) Employees should not make personal calls from the office phones without the prior approval of the Reporting manager. For STD calls, the prior approval of the MD will be required.
b) All personal calls will be debited to the employee’s salary.
c) Unauthorized calls will constitute a breach of discipline and treated accordingly.
d) Employee’s personal mobile expenses will not be borne by the Company.
Also you can fix a usage limit depending on the department/same for all departments. Eg: Marketing Dept. should be given a comparatively higher usage amount.
