presently i am working on a module capacity building for small and medium enterprises.The organization deals with Awards and trophy's for all the sectors.The target is to take Gitanjali Awards from one level to another level.Presently turn over arround 54lacs target to 2crs .To give a thrust to all the employees and so as to the organisation i had conducted a INDUCTION PROGRAME .The ppt which was used is attached here with for use .As 80% of the problem is comming from the production unit, i have suggested them a new process .Please revert with ur views. This is only the first step towards the target still lots of things yet to be done.
