Hi,
1. Research & understand different technologies existing in the market, imp ones. eg. telecom, embedded, applications etc
2. Know atleast top most companies specialized in different technologies
3. Know the specialization of the company u r going for interview, understand their competitors, companies from u can get resources
4. brush up ur sourcing methodologies
5. provide eg if u hav placed someone in the same technologies specialized
6. be confident and clear in your interview
