Dear All,
In case of death of a PF member, then attahced forms to be submitted to the RPFC for claiming the PF amount b his/her nominee.
Along with the death certificate copy.
HOPE THIS WILL BE HELPFULL FOR MEMBERS

If an employees dies unmarried , is he required to fill up Form 10D.
Also, if his niminees is all the family members left then is it mandate to give all the family members details.

Married or unmarried is not a matter, every nominees shall apply PF pension through 10 D when the member dies. if retired person shall apply through 10 C V K Rao
