Where did you get the email list from?
If you had a list which you have been using for a long time then you need to get the names out of the list you have already recruited.
If you have accidently mailed the employee using job portals then, you could very well check the emp status on the portal and check when was the last time he logged on to the portal. If he has logged in before you sent out the mailers, then possibly he is looking out for a job. On the other hand, if he had updated his resume on the portal 2-4 months before then you need not worry. In the first case though you need to hint to the HR head and ask him to work at it and pull in some retention stategies off his hat... :)

Hi,
You should have a database separately with the ID and email, that you should create a dotnet programming and keep it in a EXE file then you can download the NAME and email ID from the excel file finaly you can delete the employee email ID from the list and you can send bulk mails through mail Merge.
Thanks & Regards

why are you worry of that mail is forwarded to existing employee. It is just a matter of retention of employee. If an employee is confident and honest in his work he will never afraid by receiving the mail and if he will afraid of it that means he is not serious and hardworker no one wants that type of employee.
