im doing a project on employee retention techniques in a public sector undertaking firm.
pls guide me in framing questionnaires n suggest me of wat all to include under this topic.

yes sir i searched. got a clue. i myself prepared an questionnaire.
i have framed the questionaire based on the following things :
whether adequate training s given based on appraisal feedback?
does the company facilitates career growth n development?
whether the employees r involved in mangt decisions?
wat kind of recogonition s given for superior performance?
whether they conduct mentor sessions?
how far does their company welcomes their new ideas/ innovations?
whether their grievances are addressed promptly?
how far does the company use their expertise?
sir, i really dont know whether im going on a right track. so kindly guide me if i have gone wrong anywhere.
