I am working for a IT company in Mysore,I have been asked to prepare a salary policy in accordance with performance matrix,I request you people to please help me out in preapring a performance matrix for Web Designers,Programmers,Marketing team and Management,plz do tell the parameters on which thier performance can me measured.

Hi Raghav,
Please sit with each HOD and agree upon 5 or 6 different KRA's. Rate them percentage wise based upon the priority...For Eg:For a web designer, the creativity would be 40%, TAT would be 35% etc etc. For Sales & Marketing team, it would be achieving sales targets, considering the TAT, planning and stategizing, ensuring enough branding within stipulated time period etc. Depending upon the percentage each individual has got against each KRA, you will have to rate them. Once you have final rating of everyone, you could prepare a slab....say, for a 5 rater- it will be a 20%hike, 4-15%, 3-10%,2-no hike, 1- doesn't deserve to be in the organisation.
