Hi ,

SAP is a powerful tool for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), especially for big companies . All activities within a company can be performed with SAP help ( excepting design) .The data stored in a huge database can be used for reporting purposes , for planning the future activities and more other things.

SAP can give to the users in a reasonable time a complete situation of a company ( of course if they have the authorisations to do that ).

In SAP HR you can perform e-recruiting , run the payroll, keep a very detailed file for each employee, plan the career of the employees , plan the trainigs and keep the evidence of the attendants with all cost details and more .

If you want to be IT consultant the SAP HR module is a great opportunity for you .

The trainings are expensive and I suggest to attend the trainings only if you want to change your job to SAP HR consultant ( the job is well payed ).

If you want to practice in an HR department in the future it is better to buy a book -Mastering HR Management with SAP (the book is also very expensive -around 60 Euro from SAP Press).

I hope now you have an idea about what means SAP and SAP HR.

Kind Regards ,

SSSAV

SAP is the world’s leading provider of business software which specialists in industry specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. SAP people are paid very high in the world. No doubt in that, 100% of you will get good returns once you get jobs in SAP, but where to do the course, how much investment is required, this is all that matters. Now a days its easy to do online certified course.

Dear All,
I would like to advice 1st join some MNC's who run SAP. From there you can grab the basic knowledge on SAP and after that join some training classes.
Hope that only work to learn SAP.
Howfar i think, basics of SAP must be cleared from company itself and critical part must be learned from training classes.
With Regards,
