robs
I have a doubt, I resigned from the company on the 1st of a month, but the company had a notice period of 3 months which as anyone can think is too much of a time...........anyways i served only one months notice period and left the company. I didnt receive any releving letter from the company. I also had a discussion with the management on this and was also ready for a buyout but the co. did not budge. Now as an employee what should i do?
Terms n Condition as mentioned in the app. letter:-
1) The employee has to serve a minimum of 3 months of notice period.
2) In case of absence for more than 3 days without informing the company, the company will treat it as a case of absconding. Once this is done the employee has to pay the basic salary for the notice period in case he/she wants the experience/releiving letters.
My question, Iwas unable to serve the whole of the notice period but one month. In this case how can i go for the releving letter from my previous company.

Hi Robs,
Please discuss your company policy as per your appointment letter, otherwise you have to serve the notice period of three months or in lieu of the notice period you can pay your three months salary as a loss bear by the company to get your relieving certificates or it can be mutually solved between you and the Management.
