any way for all types of organisations you can get the Guidelines for safety from the website of ILO international labour organisation. In addition the national regulations will apply>you will get those regulation s from the website of the national government.E.g in India you can get it from the nic website.

The organisation in which i am working is the Family Relationship, this organisation is dealing with parenting plan, assisting in building strong relationships, and separetion issues, In breif say it is a kind a counselling as well. In addition the what I had mentioned earlier pl check the Building regulations/Municipal regulations about comman spaces and areas of public gathering etc which are in place at your area of work.The boards to be kept will be defined there.

1 Please note that the security cameras are in operation to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
2 Incase of fire, please follow the fire evacuation procedures.
So, would you please help in writing futher, plz suggest me few more tips as what could be included and how effective could be written.

1.Do and dont's to be adopted by visitors as regards safety
2.special instruction to the diasbled people
3.Visual marking of Emergency Exit route by map or by indicators.
4.peronal Identification procedure to be followed by the visitors
Also consider in case of any emergency how you will know how many people are inside the premises?Some visitors register is needed.
5.Make an evacuation plan.Setup fire fighting and safety/first aid systems.
6.Test the evacuation plan by mock drills.
& train your employees on first aid and safety.
Also pl check your regulations of the state/country.
