Can anyone tell me if a company needs to avail for PF benefits, what are the procedures to do so?
or if you can suggest me with a name of the book relating to Statutory compliance so that I can get the guidance as I need to avail for PF in my organization.

I think it will be better if you refer "The Employee’s Provident Fund Act" book available in the market. Santosh Iyer

Hi Priyanka,
If you want to get a PF account for your company, first you need to get application form (comprises of few forms like form 9, form 12A, etc) from the PF office (supplied free of cost) where you need to fill in the details of your employees. You will be asked to pay an initial contribution of the PF along which you need to submit all these documents in the PF office and they will be sending you your account # given for your organization.
The best way is, just walk in to EPF office and contact PRO to get more details on it (that's how I began :) )
