Contract labour licence will be issued to you only when you have engaged any contratual labour to any organisation, if you don't have any contratual labour to any organisation how licence will be issued to you contact license issued only after obtaining form 5 from that organisation that license will be valid for that particular organisation. for issuing from 5 at least 20 person must be engaged by the employer.

you will get license only after obtaining form 5 from any comapny if the strength is exceeds 20 then the pricipal employer will issue the form 5 to you then you will apply for the licence there is no need any experice in this regard .

Dear Sir,
Under sec 7 of the contract labour (Regulation & Abolishion) Act the employer willing to engage 20 or more labour through contractor has to get itself registyered.
Under the specific state rules, there is certain amount of registration fees, fixed for certain no. of cont. labour, and specific application form is also prescribed.
Do apply in the prescribed form with appropriate fee to the regisrering officer.
