I have just redesigned the PA form and this is going to be first year of using it. so how to do KRA settings and what care should be taken while desining KRA's by the respective managers.
Secondly since we have annual performance appraisal system when shall i start KRA setting process for tgis new form?'

This exercise starts at the time of filling PA with one o one and with mutual consent otherwise desireable results will not come.
This exercise is basically to clarify the individual's goal, better time mgmt, subjectivity reducted during appraisal, fix accountablity, mgmt can see and understand and analyse and of course improvements (if required)
KPA should be well defined and should be between 3-7
Should be measureable
time defined
