I will not be praising myself, but sharing the truth. Leadership quality was there since childhood.
>Throughout my school days I was the class monitor in each class till +1 and became the Head Girl in +2.
> I did B. Tech in biotechnology , again in college I was the head of many student organizations.
> I came into Job of HR Manager without having any experience (Still wonder how the MD saw the potential and hired a fresher for a company of more than 100 employees) and now I have completed MBA HR (Corros) and successfully running the company independently from last two and a half years.
But I always give the full credit to God and hard work which always pay either today or tomorrow.

Leadership qualities by birth anyone would get. The point is how we identify that we have these qualities and practice them at work or at home.

First of all its not praising,its a evaluation of oneself in honest manner.......and you did..and I appreaciate ur effort..but one more thing I w'd like to add,which u describe its comes under Managerial quality...coz u headed/manage the people from your school days...and now you are doing good as a Manager but for being a good manager you should have leadership quality.......and now i can say ,you may have leadership quality ..but wanna know abt the case /story of your leadership quality rather than managerial quality.........
let me brief the leadership........Leadership is taking care of the supporting team,mentoring. Monitoring and motivating the team to win.,managing all diversity , focusing the goal and getting 100% result at the end of the day..
