Facing problem with a collegue
Hi one of my friend s collegue is creating a problem whenever some work is pending with her. it is like complaining about him saying that he is not treating well not talking well and hurting me showing bosism etc in mails to senior people. basically these are all pressure tactics and divert the focus to something else other than the pending works. this demotivating the employees who are sincere in their work because since she is a girl usually sympthy on her and getting support within the organisation also seems difficult and many times people are compromising on things. if it continues the productive people getting demotivated. the main problem is others also slowly started using this technique. this is becoming a nuisance in the organisation. can you please suggest if anyone handles such situations in office. murali.
How to tolerate with problematic attitude?
I hv 1 senior collegue. she cant seem to control her emotions and also she like to show :x face. i ve learned that she has some personal issues.. not satisfied with me being promoted..but hey you gotta show that you are competent then the promotions will come along. at first i dont bother her negativeness but anyhow it affects me. i start to develop some inside :icon7: towards her. in front of others she seems so as the :x only happens when we are among our our department collegue. some other collegues & i had made official complaint towards her to our superior but i understood that she is also not in good term with my boss. i ve heard someone confronted her but get spanked yes i can spank back but it wont help much in creating a ideas please...anyone??
Can the salary hike be stopped to an employee on disciplinary grounds
Hi friends i have a collegue of mine who is very very good at her work. she is always willing to take any additional responsiblity and delivers with perfection. last year she got involved with a male collegue too much personal through sms and mails. however she was quick to realise her mistake and corrected her action. there were no official compliants about it . the management came to know about it through grapevine. they have reduced her annual increment than the slab set for the year. workwise you can t point any mistake on her. for my own understanding is it right on the management part to do so when there is no official compliant from the anyone on the same. she only approched him through sms and mails sending too much personal messages. we cannot find any mistake on her official work. please clarify.

Rejoining in same company
Respected seniors i was working in a midsized software company nearly for one and half years as hr executive with a team of 3 including me where myself and my collegue wants to report to my senior.due to downturnmanagement relieved nearly 75 of their total strength in the month of oct 2009.myself and my collegue also suffered in this and now my senior is the only person taking care of all the activities.now she is about to relieve from that company because of her personal works.so now management asking me to rejoin to take care of all the responsibilities.also when i verified the financial status of that comapny it came to my knowledge that company is providing half of the salary only than the mentioned.they didnt cured yet from the financial sickness it seems.my md personally called me and asked to join v.immediately.what can i do now?if i;m rejoining will it affect my future carreer.i am highly puzzled.can u lpease share your opinion in this regards. mukunthan
