my company is following a higher education policy, which is saying that if any employee wants to study further they have get written permission it seems though they have not paying for our higher education and they are also saying that if we study by our own that study should be aliegn with the company business operations.
My question is, whether this policy is good???
Is it not violating human rights???
Mallik sir your help and suggestion is highly needed.
Thanks inadvance
