I am Harshal Sharma, from Aurangabad. I am HR Manager done my MBA from ICFAI. I am currently working on HR policies and its implementations in my organization.
I am also in counselling for frustration deprassion. As this is a kind of help which i can give to society for coming out from the hardles. I love to interact with people.
I love to read as well, i read the books from which i can learn something. Right now i just started reading Bhagavat Geeta, it is a good reference book for management (if we can see from management prospective). I belive "THE BOOKS ARE THE TRAVEL WITHOUT MOVING AN INCH".
I am also passionate about driving (bike and Car) , by the sped it helps me to think over my problems.
My dream is to write a book (not books), which can give a insight about how to solve the prob. and how to manage change in life.
