It depends up on your confidential levels ,Based on todays mkt conditions its tough to find out on core Hr Discipline.Better start your career in consultancy as recruiter later on you can shift industry, if not u can join in any training consultancy as a trainee its best advice to you u can find good growth yourself .Statutory compliance evey one can do ,But to become a trainer it not such easy.

Are you looking at automating Appraisal Process in your organization. I can refer a solution together with software. Making your own system, managing it manually using paper forms or spreadsheet and analysis of results and post appraisal processes would be very much tedious and too time consuming. You are looking forward to conduct a appraisal in a factory. A corporate appraisal is different than a factory. It also depends upon what kind of factory it is coz the appraisal will vary with respect to the industry.
Three things are important since the appraisal will vary for all the categories
1. Level of the employee
2. Unit in which the employee is working eg assembly line etc.
3. External factors
On these you will need to chart the employee and map them accodring to the output expected.
