Hi all,
I am in a Manufacturing company(agro based production). In my company, none of the HR processes are systematic:?:. I am working on streamlining the processes. Processes like:
  1. Recruitment (formats like MRF, interview evaluation...???)
  2. Induction (???)
  3. Training & Development(formats like Identifying training needs,training calendar,evaluation sheet,....???)
  4. Career Planing (???)
  5. Performance Appraisal system (performance review,goal setting,evaluation sheet...???)
  6. Grievance handling (???)
  7. Exit formalities (formats like feedback forms..???)
:?: I would like to know what all different formats will I require to streamline the above mentioned processes & if Possible can anyone provide some sample/dummy format used in manufacturing sector which can give me some idea :idea:.

Search the formats in the search column and you will find more than fifty formats of each. Still if you find it difficult, I shall send it to you. However, after searching, you will get an opportunity to choose the best out of the many options available.

Dear Chitra Madam,
I have searched in the forum & have also found many formats but my concern is not formats, I want to know what all formats are used in above said processes & when they are used.
Regarding formats, I have prepared few formats on my own which I knew.
Kindly assist me to know the different kinds of formats used in different HR processes.
