Can any one let me know, what are the documents that need to be mandatorily maintained by HR, in India and how many years (min) should the documents be maintained? (docs. pertaining to employee records)
Is there any law /act about this. If so, please let me know, so I can check there.
Our's is a US based software company. Hence, is there anything specific for such kind of companies?
