Hi,
Since its the Front office staff, there would be a high level of interaction involved with various entitites- both internal as well as external as also a maintenance of the work area. Hence, you could take up the following training modules:
- Personality Development (including Intra & Inter personal skills)
- Business Etiquette (including Telephone etiquette, personal appearance, handling various customers including foreign delegates)
- Effective Communication (Oral & Written Communication, Language skills, Listening skills)
- Handling the Office Communication system (especially the telephone network, if required)
- Office aesthetics
I do not really have a list of Trainers based down south as I am in Gujarat and we generally explore consultants around this area.
