The company is formed by an alumnus of IIT and a doctorate, who spent more than 2 decades abroad. The company is focusing on developing revolutionary products based on inventions of the founder himself. The products would be developed initially for telecommunications industry. Currently, the product is in the prototype development phase.
The technology is very advanced in nature and the products would be highly disruptive and revolutionary. The founder came back to India and has setup this company to develop this technology and envisioned to create a global revolutionary company from India. The company is established at Bangalore, India.
A small team of engineers are working on the product development along with founder and managing director. A business manager (graduate from IIM) is looking into the business and operational issues. The company, backed by external funding, is looking to expand at a rampant pace and embrace aggressive product development. Requirement:
Company is looking for HR personnel from premier B- Schools to be on the core management team. The team would be working on general management role. Job Roles/ Responsibilities:
The candidate would be part of initial “core management team”. This team would drive the growth of the company in the near future.
He/ She along with the team would be responsible to take the company to the next growth stage.
He/ She would be reporting directly to the Managing Director.
He/ She would be working on expanding different teams, setting up all HR, compensation, and other processes in place.
He/ She would be working on the HR strategy for future rapid expansion of the company.

Candidates should have established track record of leadership & teamwork and displayed the ability of handling projects from scratch with resource crunch.
Candidates should have the right attitude of working for a startup, where goals are to be accomplished with limited resources.
