I am planning to pursue "EXECUTIVE PROGRAM IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (IIM LUCKNOW)". This is a 4 months course and IIM lucknow will certify it. The classes will be held once a week in your city. (eligibility is minimum 3 years of exp)
Can anybody please tell me whether its worth doing it. Has someone heard of it or done it.

Its nice that u r planning for Exec. Programme offered by IIM Lucknow.But have u done any other professional qualification ? b'cuz normally exec. programmes are preffered by professionals holding Sr.Position in the organization. all the best.

This kind of courses are like carrot flute...either it should sound like flute or if not then eat it like carrot.
It depends on what this courses have delivered to the knowhow of candidates. Mere certification has no worth in this world because profesionals are paid for knowledge application.
