Esic mandate clarification required for manufacturing company
Dear all need a clarification on a point related to esic deduction. the rule that esic is mandatory for people having gross salary is less than or equal to 15k is i am very well aware of. but need clarification if the company is a manufacturing company & employees are covered under accidental insurance then it is not mandatory to have esic for them? does it depend on the factory location any which ways? request you to please throw some light on this. regards shubhada
clarification for salary deduction( pf & esi)
hi 4 years ago i was appointed with a media company at the salary of rs 5000 per month. but my take home salary was something around 4400 or sometimes 200300 rupees more than that. now i want to know was there any esi deduction and pf deduction in my salary? if yes kindly show me the amount that was deducted for esi and pf. secondly after 6 months when i got an increment for my performance my salary was raised to 8000 thousand. again my take home was something around 6000 . so here again i would like to know what was my deduction amount . again after 6 months i got a 100 increment and my salary became 16000 p.m. here my pf was deducted rs 1650 per month. now after i left the company 2 years ago i filed for my pf but came to know that although a lion\'s sghare was deducted from employee\'s salary in the name of pf and esi those amount never got deposited in thew pf office except for a month or two. kindly let me know i can i get back my amou

Legally how much amount can be recovered from the salary
Dear citehr team i have required clarification regarding the recovery of deduction from the salary for company losses. if any employee who are getting salary is 20k per month. due to his negligence or technical error or any chance company got a loss rs. 2 lakhs. employee is accepting this mistake happen and apologies but not accepting in writing this amount can be recovered from his salary for full and final. can we recovered all the amount from his salary or full and final i.e. salary/bonus/ gratuity etc does he can challenge this issue in court for this is a illegal deduction as he is not accepting in writing for recovery from his salary / full and final. if we recover all this amount from his settlement can company will comes in trouble after this recovery or how much amount we can recover from his salary as per the law . full of there is any limit. please share if any judgment which is related to this.
Pt deduction is on earned gross or gross salary of the employee
