please guide me i am working for one co as a accountant cum HR i have a problem with our driver last month he was accident our co car and it was total loss but now he get new car now how can i give the warning letter to understand his responsibilty
there is require to mention leaves and OD,OT,analaysis his performance then you may go to rating. if you give like this how they would know they have good, make picture to the target.

As per your attendance sheet If any employee is present on weekly off, It is calculating working days + weekly off. It is not possible to add in paysheet. Because If any employees attends duty full month without taking any leave or absent and two weekly offs then this statement shows his attendance for month is 30 + 2 days i.e. 32 days.
you may please go through and modify.

My observation are undermentioned
1. Any Attendances sheet mut have (Loss Of Pay / Loss With Pay, Working day's & Total Day's pertaining to that month)
2. pl. provide break up for i.e.,"Monthly Att Rating" provided by you.. 27.5 hw did this figure arrived? pl. define rating column?
3. It is mandatory to have (time in & time out) for your.. Rating purpose.
