HI,
I am a BE(exp) guy and am looking forward to IPR and Patent courses. I have come t know about GIIP GIIP: Professional Courses in Intellectual Property Services India. They have started batch in Bangalore too. Can anyone please tell me whether this is Good, although fees is high but is it worth the investment? IS there any other inst/reg college courses which will give placement also?

Hi,

No one take guarantee of the placement, they can only provide you the 100% assistance not 100% placement. The placement depends on the skills and knowledge of the domain you have at the time of the interview. So to do the course where you can get at least 6 months industrial training plus three months Theory in the domain of interest (here in patent, trade marks etc.) on live projects along with the Diploma in IPR. If you are productive form the first day of joining a company, then you can have very good chance of the placement. You can also contact the guys of Institute of Intellectual Property (IIP) based in Gurgaon as well. I think they are also providing a wide range of other courses in patent searching, drafting patent agent exam preparation course etc. Here are the links you can follow
