I am sorry to say this, but the submissions made by raghunath_bv are very amateurish - the kind made by students with dubious merit; and just a collections of material from net. Bits and pieces from diverse sources have been cut and pasted to look like and pass off for a project report. In fact these projects can not be done in the organization referred - a recrutment consultancy.
Kindly do not post such sub-standard materials. They make a poor show of the forum, its members and its credibility.

I have to agree with the comments of Raj_Kumar_hansdah.
Dear Raghunath,
The literature survey is poor and plagiarised, the methodology section is very weak, and the questionnaire design needs improving and the biblio does not even meet the standards expected of an undergraduate. I have made comments elsewhere about the standard of referencing and also attached some projects prepared by students at a British University. Even these projects only got mere pass grades.
It would be prudent to put a note to that effect when we post materials of that nature.

Kindly don't send such "bogus" project reports which are not worth the paper on which they are printed.

There is hardly anything done at the organization - RESURGE CORPORATE SOLUTION PVT. LTD, where the project report is supposed to be made.

It is just a "copy paste" job from the net; that too done shoddily.

Here's a sample from page 39 :

Geographic focus:

• Local commuting area only

• Within the region

Within the U.S. *** evidence of a cut-paste job

• A truly global search

How can an Indian recruitment agency look for candidates within the US, after it has looked for candidates in "local commuting area" and "within the region"; unless you are talking about a company based in US ??

When you copy paste, kindly go through the content of what is being copied, to avoid such faux pas; which are a dead give-away of plagiarism from the net.

The name/title of the project is given just at one place inside the report :

....project entitled “Recruitment and problems entiltled” ...

Even the title is ungrammatical.

What do you mean by "problems entitled"??

I wonder what your guide MR. ASHWANI DESWAL had been doing !

It is amazing that MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY, MADURAI awards MBA degree on such dubious, worthless project reports.

Please refrain from exhibiting this project report to anyone, for your own good. It is really in a bad taste, and undermines the MBA degree.

I would like to know the views of NASHBRAMHALL, a senior member of this forum and a retired academic in UK; on this.
