I can't understand how come some HR guys behave like donkeys. No company in this earth will have a policy like this, where if u can't produce ur bank account or PF, u can't be hired.
Dude do one thing, take ur payslip duly attached by HR with company seal or if u don't have payslip then ask ur present company to give u a salary certificate. This is enough, if still he doesn't understand esclate the issue.

Hi Pratap,
Don't be emotion. Be cool yourself and attend the technical interview. Don't beg to show your skills like this persons. If you have skills it never fails. After the interview put a note to the company management about your complaint. I hope that the complaint will reach top management.

Dear ,
If your salary(Basic+DA) is above Rs. 6500 then there is no need to deduct PF from your salary and you should not have PF account.
If i am right then you can explain about your company and can said they are following law and law does not need it as i am getting more than 6500/month salary,PF is a vountary for an organisation in this case.
Please explain about your salary package to your new company.
Best Regards

Dear Pratap,
To start with, as a professional person you must never mention the company names/contacts on a public forum like this. The resons to this are many.
To address your issue, If a company has a certain policy the HR is bound to follow it irrspective of your skills or work experience. Also, not all companies evalute prospective employees on similar aspects.
I would suggest you not to worry and do not spend time trying to convince this HR but look for more openings at other work places. Maybe you have something better to come :)
In recessionary time try to attend as many opertunities you come accross and dont get stuck on any one particular issue.

HI Pratap,
I am a consultant. We have faced similar situations with companies asking for the bank account statements, payslips. Dont worry. They are a few steps ypu can take.
1) Get your reliving letter from the company make sure it is on the company letterhead and stamped.
2) Since you dont have any payslips give them a photocopy of your ID Badge
3)Show them your IT returns if any.
4) Most of the companies have a strigent background policy. Request them to do a BVC
5) In a email explain them the situation and sound a understanding note that you completely understand there situation and have a look at your case cos it is guinune.

Dear folks,
I agree that we do have standardised process for each and everything, where a candidate needs to submit the documents for the statement which he gives in his Carriculam, but apart from all this, if the interviwer is satisfied completely with your answers and finds you suitable for the post, will not bother you much for anything. But sometimes we do come under impression that we have convinced the interviewer completely but sometimes it's just the imaginations what we carry, so consider it as hard luck and keep on trying.
