It is necessary to know the reason why is he doing this to you. Secondly why for last two months you are tolerating him for his wrong doing. He doesn't seems to be the ultimate authority howsoever senior position he might be having. My sincere advice to you is follow the fundamentals strictly i.e. let everything however minute it might be is in writing and whatever might be the issue take it head on and must ensure that it is taken to its logical conclusion. He might have found out your weakness (may be by playing dirty politics) do tit for tat by digging deep his grave. Last but not least escalate the matter now and then and make him to realize that ultimately because of his shortsightedness ultimately he is looser. If this is not to your liking then change team or organization for that reason without spoiling your future any more. (On a personal note please seek peremptory advice from Asha Mathew, I consider her being the walking encyclopedia on HR).

If you have received 3 notices and a warning, that does not mean you will have to keep quiet and accept it. You should have enquired the reason for the same and requested for any facts / documents that confirms the mistake on your end.
Dont worry abt the reporting Manager behaving like that to you. You cant change that attitude of his towards you immediately - but you can change your current plight by
a) taking necessary steps in finding WHY those notices were issued to you - for which tyou will have to enquire with teh HR dept
b) Ask them for proofs supporting the same - if they say that theh Reporting Manager had given them the information, and it was on that basis they took action on you, pls enquire what their individual first investigation details are.
c) Be sure - you dont become aggressive. Because, rather than looking at the real problem, they will start looking at the aggressive nature and try pulling you down
d) Also - pls dont be emotional, because that can let the Reporting Manager take advantage of you (I know its difficult not to react to - but the trick is - show no reaction on your face ....)
e) And most importantly - if they have issued notice to you, have you responded to them by either email or letter (any signature of acknowledgement from ur end?) . Such notices will require your acknowledgement of accepting the notice - and accepting the fact that you made a mistake. If they have not done this...then I guess its - not late, you can still fight back.
If you worry and ask - is this the way they reward, is this the way they treat a hard working / smart working person...then take my words - u will be soon in a bad condition. You know the Corporate World right? People just need a reason to pull someone down and enjoy the benefits of someone losing.

I am working with a top insurance company in india since last 3 years and i was started my career in this company as a starting level and lst 3 years duration i have achieved a two promotions and i am a top performer of this company and i have got a so many awardes and certificates This means that you were a good performer and in Insurance Sector it is only performance which speaks !!!!!!!!!!
also but last 2 months i am suffering by my new reporting manager's and senior's manager's also.when my reporting managers had been changed ..Did you asked your management or HR the reason behind the change in reporting???? If yes then share with us this will help us to get a clear picture... If not then go and ask NOW!!!!!
on the same time i have got a message by the other's colleage in my company and they had given me a contact number for the talking my new reporting manager and on that time my reporting manager was talking with me a very rudely and used a non professional languages and this type of way is using continue and i dont know what is my mistake regarding this…What was the reason for such an informal and unorganized introduction with you it was very much required out of manager to have a proper meeting with you…. Usage of slang language or abusive words is not at all acceptable. Be it at any level of the organization…. You should have raised your voice if you have not done that approach HR professionally and complain about it….
i am so tensefull and now this time no any one my reporting managers whose can i share my problem and i have also received a 3 notices based on false and whose caused are shown i did not do any thing If you know that those notice are false with no base then reply back to the management for seeking an explanation to it and along with that give the proof and valid reasoning that why you can say that notices are false…. I hope the notices are not pertaining to mis-selling etc. etc….
and last 1 week i have received a warning letter also. Warning letter???? Ask the HR to listen to your side of story as well…
withI am totally confused about this harassment and now this time my future and career is suffering from this reason.Kindly suggest me regarding my problem.Whose employee do the work hard and devoated for thier company they got a this type of reward????????
Need your suggestion on urgent based.
In end I hope that you are still a performer in the company if not then be like the one you were earlier….!!!!! It is very important for you to prove that you are an asset to them, come what may never dip your performance !!!!

Don't go through ask....besure......also.......type long worthless suggestion.
Meet face to face to reporting Manager and ask why he behaving like this .Then you put a complain of total story to highier management including HR.
This will be your mental satisfaction.
End of all you must change your job.

Just record all the calls before u calling ur reporting officer and manage complete profile just behave calmly identify all the weekness just judge all those in meetings & just ask all the explanations why he was behaving like that Look ur a employee u have authority to shut down all these issues...Be confident with high energetic levels..or else report to high authority.

I am agreed to the above mentioned and suggested steps. In addition to that, do intimate your top officials (by attaching your mails or meeting them personally) because middle management may hold your process loose (it might be some kind of politics-since you have got 2 promotions, which is quite fast) and also be aware of this fact that HR people are less influential before the top officials (Directors/Regional Directors/GM/CEO) in a sales driven organisations.
Even if it not working and things go worst, kindly visit any Labor Commissioner's office near to your company with an application seeking justice help.
My personal opinion:
I feel companies in insurance sector "rarely" impart trainings on soft skills to its employee. They are just concerned of "Aaj kitna dhanda login hoga". If it becomes a felt need, they call some orator (motivator) to some seminar hall / auditorium etc and gather most of their employee (sales) to hear that.
After that again same story "go get more business" with a remark of "didn't you hear to Mr/Ms ........... (referring to the motivator) apply that in your life and do something innovating for more business.
