No need to join any IT consultancy as trainee as you already have 2 years of experience. IT recruitment is not at all any rocket science. Just do a bit of research and study on the different IT skills and technology on Wikipedia. I am attachning a doc file with latest and most common IT technology that a recruiter come across on a day to day life. Do google and wiki on each of these skills. I bet you can master the field in 2-3 weeks.
