Dear Laxmikant,
Good effort - this shows your humility and approach towards life i.e. always be ready to look for solutions whatever may be the situation. Once again my congratulations to you and your attempt is really appreciable.

I loved it, I liked it. I connected myself with the example and thought over, can I change? would anyone help me change? Quite often I react negatively with the situation. It has become my habit. It happens unconsiously and raises my blood sugar and spoils environment. Can anyone share a secret to control the situations.

Hi All,

Thanks for your response on this post. I will try my best to bring better things in future.

Thanks to Thumbha for Posting 7 Habits E book. I have read this book before and its a great piece to learn.

For Buddhi raj Sharma's comment, what I can say is that to control our reactions, we need to control our mind which is the cause. The state of mind is depend on what "Guna" we are in. As per our Vaidik principles and Gita principles there are 3 "Guna" which bring different "Reaction" on same action happen to any person. SAT / RAJO / TAMO "Guna's are those which make people react in different way. To control our reactions what we need to try is to be alway's in SAT Guna which is very very difficult. I am able to write this much because I am learing Gita after a long time of gap (Childhood) and coming to know the real knowledge which can make life easier and good.

Hope this satisfy your query to little extent, If you have further questions pl write to me on I will try to get proper answers for you from my teacher's if I could not.

Once again Thanks to all and Regards,

Laxmikant
