I would like to know the various welfare activities and award recognition carried out in a Manufacturing Industry. Also plz do let me know what are the parameters / criteria taken to provide the award hw is the assessment done..e.g. Best Employee of the year.....:?:

For Motivating the employees by recognizing, appreciating & rewarding them for their good performance, the concept of "Employee of the Month" was introduced from September 2006.

Parameters for Selections of Employee of the Month are given below :
1. Attendance, regularity & punctuality.
2. Knowledge of the work, methods & processes.
3. Promptness in timely completion of work.
4. Ability to take initiative/ Proactive.
5. Ability to do hard work and excel in profession.
6. Creative & innovative.
7. Sincerity & Commitment (Sense of Responsibility).
8. Participation & involvement.
9. Relations with peer group (Team Spirit).
10. Overall Attitude & Behavior.
