hey Hr guide,
You have definitely given a excellent interview. If the person who is recruiting you is a farily experience and matured being, he will surely make a mistake of not taking you and If the fellow is young and not matured, your chances are 50/50, as you will overtake him in his position in just few months and this will be his fear factor. I would rate you 8/10.and I would congratulate you.
Thanks.

Hi hrguide,

I'll rate you 8.5/10,grade A & will definitely select you .The way few members replied if the person is a senior person,he/she can evaluate very well from your theoritical knowledge. You have the good stuff they need to know actually how to exploit it or else they are loser .

Incase you are dropped out, take it in positive way that they don't deserve you .

What ever you said is very good as a fresher, may be sometime experience people lacks all theoritical knowledge ,but it is highly required to excell in any field the way with out foundation one building cann't stand the same way with out any theoritical knowledge nobody can excell in any field .

So don't be worry what you replied .there are many Appraisal procedures like being explained by other members Pair comparison method,Critical incident method, rating scale method.

Nobody can be a expert, every body is a learner even in the age of 60.so tell next time I am a learner and definitely like to learn and excell in my area if given with a proper exposure .:icon1:

Thanks ,

Dear Sonia,
Don't know how much I am correct but hope this can be a creative way,Say for example you are in a retail sector and need to hire retail showroom manager or sales executive .
So target your competitor, walk in to their showroom in person as a customer than see whom ever you like as a manager or sales executive there.how they deal with you how much product knowledge and description they gave while showing the product to you.Take their contact number or card .
Come back call them for interview & appoint. This is one way of killing your compititor and even getting a good candidate .
Thanks ,
Suchitra .

hi niyati,
i dont think you need to do another course just to get a job.
just brush up on the current HR basics and apply for jobs through various channels.
i am sure you will get a job. also find an adequate reason to justify your break from work.

hi suchitra,
thank you for all your valuable comments.
this is indeed a valuable idea. and it is definitely practiced by most of the HR personnel.
In media industry that i work for i myself have manier times help HR by giving them names of the associate producers of good competitor shows.
and they have got their contact numbers through their industry sources and called them for interview and by giving them enticing offers have won them over from the competitor.
besides this we are opeing up a new business now, and we have extensively used employee referral scheme for the same. rewards for the employees are enticing i.e: if offer letter is accepted them 2500/- per candidate and if probation of 3mths is completed then another 5000/-. isnt it kewl.
