Dear Sir/Madam,
Let me know the Retirement age of an Employee for factory people (for both permnant & contract workers)
Please answer the following questions
1.What is the current law as per factories Act ?
2.What is the current law (Is there any such law )as per Provident Fund act,ESI Act,Gratuity Act, or standing order
3.What is current law as per labour act ?
4. What is the current law as per Supreme court of india ?
5.Any other related law
Please clarify it.

whatever laws and act you have mentioned for age limit in a factory does not have any concern about the age limit in a factory.
it is the certified standing orders of the company which define the terms and condition of employment.stading orders are accpted by management and workers representative /union representative if any.
so most of the company have 58 years passed in their standing orders.

As Malikjs said, there is no such (labour) Act which says about retirement age of employees in private sector. Of course, government departments have their own service rules which form part of their appointment and service conditions. Similar to such rules (which are applicable to the whole of government servants) each establishment may have its own Standing Orders, whether mandatory as per Industrial Establishments (Standing Orders) Act or not, and the same will provide for retirement age of employees of that establishment. If no such standing order is present, it will be mentioned in the appointment order itself.
