Can somebody help me out in setting the KRA of Store Manager? Regards, Shijit.
I have just assigned KRA to my warehouse executive, sending copy of the same :
1. Material Inward and out ward.
2. Dispatch
3. Consumption booking
4. Co-ordination with supply chain for Invoicing and P.O.
5. Co-ordination with A/c for taxation issues.
6. Co-ordination with buisness manager for sale figure/dispatch status
7. Overall inventory control
8. Any other warehouse activity

But these are responsibilities. What specific objectives can be set for store persons in order to improve their performance. What i meant is some measurable objectives.

Pls find below KRA Examples for Warehouse Professionals:-

A-Functional Performance Focus:-

i. To ensure that the vehicle unloading is done within 3 hours of reporting

ii. To ensure PGR is done on the same day of goods received ,if IBD is availabale.

iii. To report discrepancy / damage in the goods within 24 hours of receipt

iv. To ensure put away is done within one hour of unloading as per warehouse layout & 100% stacking norms followed as per approved guidelines

v. To ensure execution & despatch of local orders received upto 1200 hrs and upcountry orders upto 1400 hrs and nil BND

vi. To ensure MTR updation against all the despatches within 48 hours of despatch

vii. To ensure stock in transit is not pending in the system for more than 20 working days

i. To ensure PI1 on daily basis for Minimum 25 Articles Received / Dispatched Previous Day and MIS sent to HO - SCM

ii. To ensure stock variation is less than 0.01% of sale in any PSV2

iii. To ensure not more than 10% of blocked stocks is more than 60 days old

iv. To ensure 100% defective materials received by the 20th of every month are returned to vendors by the 25th of the month

"v. To ensure replacement of

a. same model (ZAA) within 3 days and

b.alternate models (ZAB) within 7 days

for local & upcountry dealers

c. Nil Pending Replacement at Monthend"

vi. To ensure nil MTR pending for collection for more than 7 days

vii. To ensure unmatched stock is not more than 0.25% of monthly average sale

B-Operational Efficiency:-

i. To ensure cost reduction of atleast 10% in secondary transportation over last year

"i. To ensure submission of :

a. RDT-I and RDT-II reports (weekly)

b. DUO statements (2nd of every month)

c. Final reconciliation on quarterly stock verification report within 10 days of stock verification"

i. To ensure maintenance of fire extinguishers once in six months and refilling as per manufacturing norms

ii. To ensure fire and first-aid training for team members once in every six months

i. To Ensure the proper maintenance of MHEs available in warehouse / Reducing the Breakdown timings

i. To ensure waste & scrap disposal weekly

ii. To maintain cleanliness within the premises and send photographs weekly to HO-SCM
